✄ Waist: 13.5" across the top band, 19" across lower waist (right before the pleats)

☆ MATERIAL: Pure Virgin Wool

☆ NOTES: This item is vintage and in very good condition. Upon inspection I found 1 tiny pinhole but no noticeable damage. The wool fabric is very high quality and should last a long time if properly cared for.
