This dress is measured flat. I recommend to flat measure a dress you already have and compare sizes.

* Length (shoulder top to hem): 56.8" / 144cm.
* Across bust (from armhole to armhole): 20" / 51cm (Double this for full circumference).
* Across waist: 15.7" stretches to 17.7" / 40cm stretches to 45cm (double this for full circumference).
* Gathered skirt: plenty of room across hips.
